In the event that we cancel or are unable to fulfill your order (including because a product has become unavailable or we cease selling the product for any reason whatsoever), we will provide a full refund of any payment received. We will not be liable to you for any other loss, such as any additional costs associated with you purchasing the product from another retailer at a higher price (including delivery and other charges).
Sweet Mamma reserves the right to adjust any sale price at any given time for any reason whatsoever.
Your feedback to Sweet Mamma is always welcome. Please remember that any ideas, concepts, comments or suggestions forwarded from you may be used by Sweet Mamma without further reference to you, and without payment to you or any other liability being incurred by Sweet Mamma.

Due to photographic and screen limitations associated with the representation of products, some actual products may differ to a small extent in visual appearance (for example in colour) from the way they appear on the Website.
It is essential that you use the written description of each product when deciding to purchase a product from Sweet Mamma.

Sweet Mamma will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or significant damages or loss including but not limited to loss of income, loss of use, loss of property, and loss of business or profits howsoever arising. To the extent permitted by law, Sweet Mamma does not accept any liability for any damage or injury caused by the use or misuse of products purchased from Sweet Mamma.
All prices are listed is according to United States Dollar (USD). Others currency listed is a conversion rate from USD and may change from time-to-time according to the conversion rate changes. The prices indicated exclude freight and handling. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Sweet Mamma will at all time use our best efforts to ensure that the prices on our website are accurate at any point in time. The prices that are displayed on the website are only current at that particular point in time and we reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. When price changes occur, they will be automatically updated on the website.
Sweet Mamma website prices and offers may vary from in store prices due to website specific sales and promotions. Some promotions and prices will only be available online.
Our policy lasts 7 days start from the date you receive your item. If 7 days have gone by since your receive the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact Sweet Mamma email to request refund address (address in Malaysia).
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form.
Sale items / Stock clearance (if applicable)
Only regular priced items and items discount rate less than 10% may be refunded, unfortunately sale / clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by using our contact form.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, please contact us for return authorization and address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sweet Mamma will endeavour to ship orders within 5 working days, however due to circumstances out of our control, this may not occur.
Delivery is quoted between 10 to 35 working days depending on your location and with whom your order is shipped through. This excludes items that are not in stock at the time of order. Some out of stock, backordered or furniture items can take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
Sweet Mamma will endeavour to keep you informed if your product is out of stock for an extended period of time.
Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and location. Shipping and handling costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
All orders from our website will be delivered by third party, independent couriers. We cannot guarantee a date or time due to the high volume of deliveries.
Please ensure you open your parcel and check all items are included and are undamaged. Items purchased from Sweet Mamma are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon pick up by the courier. If goods are damaged we suggest to not sign for goods and to contact us within 48 hours of attempted delivery. If goods are signed for please include photos and details of damage within 24 hours. Claims for missing or damaged items cannot be accepted after 48 hours of receiving your goods.
Sweet Mamma takes great care when packaging your order and rarely have our packages been damaged in transit. Small items and items that are quantity packed may be repackaged. In some cases, items may be split delivered by the couriers and this is out of our control. The shipping duration in the product checkout page is an estimation and Sweet Mamma do not guarantee the item will be shipped within estimated time.
Duties and Taxes Charges
Sweet Mamma will take responsible for export duties and taxes. You (customer or buyer) will take responsible for import duties and taxes if any. The import duties and taxes will be charged by customs depends on item size and value. The courier company will contact recipient to clear for the customs payment to proceed the shipment.
Sweet Mamma will not provide any refund if the item unable to deliver due to the import duties and taxes. Please understand the custom charges, rules and regulations before purchasing items from Sweet Mamma
Customer Service Policy
Availability of Products
All products on our website are supplied subject to availability. We do not keep supply of all items on our website and we will notify you within a reasonable timeframe to advice if your order is out of stock or on backorder. We will happily organize a refund if a product cannot be supplied within a reasonable time.
Use of Goods
It is essential that all products purchased from Sweet Mamma are only used in the manner that they are intended to be used. We insist your read you Instruction Manual before attempting to assemble any product we have supplied to you. Your warranty may be deemed void if any abnormal use occurs.
For any order cancellations please contact us via email [email protected] Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. A Refund can be issued after the order has been returned back to Sweet Mamma with a Return Authorization Number.
