What are the delivery charges for orders from the Sweet Mamma Shop?

The delivery charges start from USD2.70 depends on the countries and locations that the item to be delivered to. Choose Economy Delivery will save your wallet more. The minimum delivery weight charges will be calculated started from 300g.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Sweet Mamma Shop?

We are accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit card.

How long will delivery take?

We will proceed your order within 3 working days once you made payment. The delivery normally take 10-35 working days depends on the location and customs clearance performance.

What exactly happens after ordering?
  1. Customer make order and received in our system.
  2. Our warehouse team will proceed for the order request within 3 business days. Status will changed to “Processing” when we starting to prepare and pack for your order. You should receive e-mail for the status updates.
  3. International Shipping (10-35 business days) depends on the delivery option that you choose. Status will changed to “Completed” after we shipped your order. An email will be sent to you with courier detail and e-invoice.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?

To save the earth, we are only provide e-invoice in PDF format which you can print out if needed.

When I will receive my shipping order tracking number?

Once our warehouse ship customer orders, we will update the logistic tracking number and send email to customer. Most of the case, you should get the tracking number within 5 working days after customer order.

However, some courier company maybe will have slow update on item tracking, Please contact us if you did not receive your order tracking number. 

What size best suit for my child?
Our sizing match the industry standard and fit comfortably and with ease.

Why my order cancelled?

Apologize for the inconvenience. We may encounter unforeseen circumstances such as temporary out of stock, courier issue, etc. We will cancel the order if we expect the issue unable to resolve in short time. Your money will be fully refund if order cancelled.
